Fire Alarm Design and Installation

Fire alarm work in southeastern Wisconsin

AdvaTech Security designs, installs, and services commercial fire alarm systems for businesses in southeastern Wisconsin. The shop is at 2487 S Commerce Dr in New Berlin. Day-to-day work covers Milwaukee, Waukesha County, and the surrounding communities. A project starts with the building: how people move, where a detector belongs, and where the alarm has to be heard.

We lay out the panel, initiating devices, and notification appliances, pull the cable, and document the system for the people who will test it. Sprinkler and special-hazard equipment is coordinated with that alarm service. Planning, installation, and repair stay with the same local crew. After-hours problems use the 24-hour emergency service already listed above, handled from New Berlin rather than a national call center.

Fire alarm is its own system. AdvaTech Security is also an Axis Communications Gold partner for video, and we install DSC NEO intrusion alarms with Alarm.com when a building needs burglary detection and app control. Fire-Lite, one of our fire alarm partners, is the non-proprietary line we use for many small and mid-size buildings. The fire panel is not an Axis camera and it is not a DSC keypad.

The systems we install are private and customer-owned. The panel, the devices, and the records stay with the customer. Cybersecurity is part of the design: the fire network is kept off guest Wi-Fi, and remote access is limited to the people who maintain the system. We do not publish response-time numbers. Call the New Berlin office and we will schedule the visit.
