Request Service on Your AdvaTech System

This form is for customers who already have an AdvaTech Security system. Use it when cameras, alarms, access control, cabling, phones, or monitoring need a technician. A new building, or a system we have not installed, starts with a proposal request instead.

AdvaTech Security works from 2487 S Commerce Dr in New Berlin and serves southeastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Waukesha County. We are an Axis Communications Gold partner for video, and we install DSC NEO intrusion alarms with Alarm.com. The systems we put in are private and customer-owned. Video, door records, and alarm programming stay with you. Cybersecurity is part of how we support the network: remote access is limited to your systems, and updates are planned rather than left open.

What to include

• The site address and someone who can meet a technician
• Which system is affected: cameras, intrusion, fire, access, phones, or the network
• What changed, and whether the system is still online
